1. Introduction

Welcome to Manni Entertainment Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website or application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Nature of Service

Manni Entertainment provides a digital platform for users to:

  • Discover events

  • Book tickets (Normal / VIP / Special categories)

  • Attend events organized by us or our partners

We may act as both the event organizer and ticketing platform.

3. User Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age or use the platform under parental supervision.

  • All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

4. Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • Any activity conducted through your account shall be your responsibility.

  • Misuse of accounts may result in suspension or termination.

5. Ticket Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A ticket is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Confirmation details will be sent via email/SMS.

6. Ticket Pricing & Payments

  • Ticket pricing may vary depending on category (Normal / VIP).

  • Example:

    • Normal Ticket: ₹295 (inclusive of 18% GST)

    • VIP Ticket: ₹17,700 (inclusive of applicable taxes)

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

  • Convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. QR Code & Entry Validation

  • Each ticket contains a unique QR code.

  • Entry will only be granted upon successful scanning.

  • Duplicate or tampered tickets will be rejected.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

   Refund Eligible Cases

  •      Event cancellation by the organizer → Full refund

  •     Event rescheduled → Option to attend new date or request refund

   Non-Refundable Cases

  •       Failure to attend the event (No-show)

  •      Personal scheduling conflicts

  •      Late arrival

             Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

9. Event Changes

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify event date, time, or venue

  • Change performers or event lineup

Users will be informed via registered contact details.

10. Entry Rules & Conduct

  • A valid ticket (QR code) is mandatory for entry.

  • Attendees must comply with venue regulations.

  • Entry may be denied in case of:

    • Misconduct or inappropriate behavior

    • Security concerns

    • Intoxication

Illegal items are strictly prohibited.

11. Seating & Access

  • Seating arrangements may be:

    • First-come-first-serve, or

    • Based on ticket category

  • VIP benefits are fixed and non-transferable.

12. Resale & Transfer Policy

  • Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain.

  • Unauthorized resale may result in cancellation without refund.

13. Media & Recording Consent

By attending events, users consent to:

  • Being photographed or recorded

  • Usage of such media for promotional purposes

No compensation shall be provided for such use.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content including logos, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of Manni Entertainment Private Limited and may not be used without prior permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held responsible for:

  • Event experience dissatisfaction

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Injury, damage, or incidents during the event

Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.

16. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Unforeseen circumstances

17. Privacy Policy

  • User data is collected solely for service purposes.

  • We do not sell personal data.

  • Data is handled securely in accordance with applicable laws.​

18. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India, and governed by applicable Indian laws.

19. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
